- Notice of Amendment to Service Charges for Securities Services - With reference to the circular dated 1 November 2022 issued by the HKEX on Implementation of the Trading Fee Structure Enhancement, the Bank will adjust its service fee relating to Securities Services effective from 1st January 2023. Trading fee (Charged by HKEx) will be revised from 0.005% on transaction amount to 0.00565% on transaction amount.
- Internet Securities A/C SMS Arrangement - Effective from 31 Jul 2021, customer requires to maintain a valid mobile number and registered with the Bank for receiving SMS in order to login Internet Securities A/C. Please update your record if needed.

For "Dual Tranche, Dual Counter" Model securities listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the Bank only offers securities services relating to buy / sell transactions of HKD-traded securities and does not offer services relating to transfer of HKD-traded securities to RMB-traded securities and/or the services for selling the securities after transfer is made. The Bank shall not be held liable for any liability arising from not providing RMB-traded securities services.
